means sharing our bounty with others in need, spending time with our loved ones, enjoying delicious comfort foods, fall sporting events and cozy evenings inside.

Please help feed the hungry in the community this Thanksgiving.
“OPERATION DOLLAR”, is asking each AGGIE to donate a dollar toward this worthy effort. Please bring your monetary donation to Ms. Carolyn Shepard from Monday, November 16-Friday, November 20. This is a collaborative School of Nursing effort; therefore, please ask students to participate. Monies collected will be presented to Greensboro Urban Ministry in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.

 

Secret Santa
Gift Exchange

If you are participating in this year’s Secret Santa gift exchange ($10.00 min.), the exchange will take place on Thursday, Dec. 3.

Useful Reminders

1. Final Exam Work Requests: Please submit ALL work requests for final exams according to the regular guidelines as follows: copy job:  at least 48 hours prior to time materials are needed; typing job: at least two (2) weeks prior to time materials are needed. Your cooperation is very much appreciated as always.
2. Faculty Committee Meeting Minutes: the work requests for typing faculty committee meeting minutes will follow the same guidelines as a typing job; completion will be two weeks from the date notes are submitted.
3. Administrative Support Staff Out of Office: Please note that due to Staff Senate responsibilities Stephanie will be Out Of Office Wednesday, Nov. 18th from 10am-2pm and Thursday, Nov. 19 from 2-4pm.   

      

Holiday Gathering
The annual School of Nursing holiday gathering is scheduled for Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 11:30am at Bravo Cucina Italiano  on Friendly Avenue in Greensboro. Come and enjoy food, fellowship and the joyful spirit of the season!

 

Supplies               
PLEASE CONSERVE PAPER when at all possible. The supply for the remainder of this semester is very limited. Your cooperation in this endeavor is greatly appreciated.
Office supplies (on hand) are available for acquisition once a week on Tuesday after 3:00pm. Please submit your supply request form, located in the Suite 219 workroom, by 9:00 am the preceding Friday. Thank you in advance for using your supplies sparingly.
